We do not take on executive functions unless the company's situation requires it.

We invest with majority ownership, adapting the structure of each transaction to the specific characteristics of the project.
Co-investment
Larger transactions: our investment ticket makes it advisable, in certain transactions, to bring in co-investors to undertake larger-scale projects.
Selection of co-investors: we work with business owners, families and investors who share our business vision, long-term horizon and understanding of investment.
Flexible structuring: we analyse each transaction individually, adapting the co-investment structure to the specific characteristics and needs of each project.
Alignment of interests: our returns come exclusively from the success of the investments made; we do not receive fees for structuring or managing co-investment transactions.
